Show Products From This Advertiser?

Typing a search query into Google generates numerous results that are relevant to what the user typed.

Recent changes introduced by Google have changed the nature of the search query results within the sponsored links section, to the extent that users may be unaware as to its true meaning.

The apparent confusion revolves around the title of this blog post: ‘Show products from this advertiser’.

Google users have in fact typed this phrase into the search query itself, to try and generate an understanding of this term in relation to what they see within the initial search query results.

To explain, the term ‘show products from this advertiser’, relates directly to the Google Plus Box.

Typing in a search query can generate an advert with Plus Box capabilities, providing the option of showing images of products from that specific advertiser.

By clicking this option, numerous images will appear that are relative to the search query from that advertiser, giving the consumer greater opportunity to assess the products available from the advertiser that attracted their attention initially with their text advert.

To the advertiser, Google Plus Box and the “show products” option give their products even greater exposure that the text ad alone could not provide.
